FASHION - FUNNY DRESSED CELEBS.

I know being a man I look at an outfit somewhat different than a woman will. I guess that is just natural. Some outfits however.... I don't know.....
My point is, some celebs dress really funny, even if, or is it specially when they know they are going to be in the public eye.

Let me show you what I mean.
I am a huge fan of Sophia Bush, but this dress looks a bit uhm.... shall I say, wrong place, wrong time? Had it not been for the belt, extras and heels, I would have thought she is ready for bed.



Dita Von Teese is not one of my favorites, but normally she looks fabulous, not a
thing out of place. This pic however, something just isn't right, can't put my finger on it, maybe it is the dress, it does look kinda......otherwise.... Come on girls, what is wrong with this picture....?? Maybe it is the sandals, they do not seem to go with the dress, in my humble opinion, I would have thought that dress would look better with pumps.... And that face, man it's mean enough to sour fresh cream!



Lady Gaga? I am not a fan at all, now I have seen her dressed worse than this, but this was the only pic I could find this morning. But I think you will get the picture. The bow in the hair, the sunnies, (I bet this picture was taken at night, why would she need sunglasses?) the gloves.... man, you will have to pay me to walk down the street with her looking like that. (not that anyone will ask me) And I have seen pictures of her before she became famous, she used to look great. She is actually a beautiful girl with well shaped legs.



Make no mistake, I like Danielle Lloyd, she has nice legs, and a pretty face. And I enjoy a good leg, but not over my dead body will my daughter go anywhere dressed like this. That thing barely covers her backside, and if she bends over her boobies are gonna pop out! Actually if she bends over, whoever is standing behind her will see her name and surname all at once.



I have nothing against this girl, in fact I think she is really beautiful and mostly looks very sexy and feminine. But this dress! Not what I would call cool. First of all it looks like something used to grow on it, but died a long time ago. Then it is so low cut, you can almost see her bum. In fact you do not have to be over imaginative to kinda see it. Can you guess who she is? If I remember, I will tell you at the end of the post.



Pamela, what were you thinking?? I am not gonna to say anymore, this picture speaks for itself. That face looks old enough to have worn out two bodies.



I have posted this pic before, but it never fails to amaze me, nothing wrong with the dress, nor the make up, but the wings and the feet.... man oh man.... you tell me what you think.

FASHION AND BLOGGING, AWARDS AND GIVEAWAYS!

I have no idea why, but it's not at all difficult to write a post, but I always battle to find a suitable heading. So now you know if my heading sounds like... you know what, it's because I couldn't come up with anything better....like this one....

Two good things happened to me this week. First of all, I won a giveaway, first time in my life, and obviously I thought someone was yanking my chain when I first saw these words in the e mail in my inbox: "You are the WINNER mr Charming" Now with all the bollie stuff you get via e mail, I at first thought, yea right! Then I saw this particular mail was from the lovely Dena of Pretty Little Things, so I reconsidered and continued reading the whole mail, and I realized that I was in fact the winner of a lovely necklace. (I do not think I quite qualify for the title, Mr Charming, but if Dena thinks I do, who am I to argue the point.) The giveaway was hosted by the very talented Sarah of Silk & Velours Blog.

The second good thing that happened to me, I got an award, and this award was passed on to me by Lady V of A little Bit of Vic Blog.



Now I am not sure if you have ever been to her site, if not, you are missing out on a lot, she is a treat. Now be careful, you do not wanna be in her bad books, she's got a mighty sharp tongue, (do not tell her I said that) but she has a heart of gold. (you can tell her I said that.) Thanks Vic for passing this award on to me, I really appreciate your kind words.

Now there are some rules to this award, but as Lady V said, rules can be broken, (uhhhm, she didn't put it quite like that) and seeing that she has already broken them, I am going to break those she hasn't broken yet.

I have to mention six things I mastered. Now it would honestly have been easier for me to mention things I do not master, or have not mastered yet, but here goes,
I, lately, well more accurately, for the last 17 odd years, mastered road rage, I used to be terrible, and have thrown idiots' car keys away for driving like their names say, idiots, and endangering other people's lives.
I have mastered patience when I fool around in the garage, doing woodwork, or any other repair jobs in and around the house, well ok, sort of mastered it. I am still working on that one, but have made remarkable progress.... really, I have! Just don't ask my wife, she will not agree with me.
I have, also sort of, mastered blogging, a tough one this used to be, and I used to really get mighty uptight (that's putting it extremely mildly) when I couldn't get pictures uploaded, or what ever. Nowadays blogging is a breeze...except getting a heading for my posts....
I have mastered, or I think I have just about mastered my own finances, after almost 40 years of battling as an employee, or small business owner ... believe me, there is only one relatively easy way of being financially free, invest in property... take my word for that... and take note, I said relatively easy! Nothing is easy, so whenever someone tells you something is easy, tell him to...p.... go away... and no, I am not financially free yet, and will not be for the next 10 years, but at least there is light at the end of the tunnel.
What else is there, hell, I can honestly not think of anything else... (ok, and my memory is also not what it used to be, but that is something I do not care to master anymore, some things are better left forgotten, specially at my age) so please forgive me, that is it, I have mastered very little, but I have achieved quite a lot, and I think that is the important part.

Now here is where I am going to break the rules some more, I am not going to forward this award, if any of you folks out there feel like telling us what you have mastered, please do so and take this award, you are welcome, we would love to hear.

I'VE BEEN TAGGED!

First time ever! I was tagged by the lovely Joelyne of the sydney girl blogspot Now this was a rather big surprise, so you will understand if I say I was speechless. Not for long however, as I am supposed to give you 10 random facts about me. Tough one...

But here they are, 10 random facts about me:

1. I am sometimes, and only sometimes, a very short tempered person and will jump the gun before giving it proper thought, yeah, I know, I am working on it. In the same breath, I do not hold grudges, I will forgive you soon enough....

2. I love my family, and if harmed in any way, it can easily become a killing matter. In this instance forgiving will take a mite longer, maybe only after I've killed the person who harmed them, will I be able to forgive... :-)

3. I am a morning person, I am up every morning at 5, sometimes even earlier, when everything is quiet in the house, so I can work on my blog. And, I am not a moody person, I wake up in a good mood every day, but do not pee me off first thing in the morning, or make me look for something I cannot find, that changes everything.

4. Yes you guessed it, I like blogging, no I am not addicted to it, but close...

5. I HATE flying!! With a passion, I am scared of heights...

6. I love airplanes, and no I am not contradicting myself, I love planes as long as I can admire them from a distance, I have no desire to fly in them. The same goes for a pair of well shaped legs, I love to admire them from a distance, but I have no desire to touch them, unless said legs belong to my wife of course.. :-)

7. I have no fear for a dentist, but I hate confined spaces, or small, crowded rooms.

8. I love to tease, I love open spaces, I love the sea, I love rain, I love forests and wild animals.

9. Do not stick your finger in my belly button, I hate it almost as much as flying. It is an extremely sensitive spot....and subject for that matter.

10. I love old, classic western movies, or musicals, not going to mention any names, there are way too many.

Well, I guess you know me much better now that I have opened my heart and shared my best kept secrets with you...
